Upon notification of his arrest, a hold was placed on this subject by the Indian River County Sheriff's Office for transport to Indian River County for prosecution for a warrant from 2006.

Upon Mr. Martinez's arrival at the Indian River County Jail, the warrant was served and bond is set at $1,005,000.
