On 10/24/2011, at approximately 4:54 AM, the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division found that two prisoners were missing. A search was preformed of the correction facility and both subjects red jump suits were found in a chase or service area. It is unknown at this time exactly where these subjects got over either a 12’ brick wall or a 12’ high fence; both are covered with razor wire.

 

At this time an active search is being conducted by all units, with the aviation unit and B.O.L.O.s put out to all of Florida and the entire U.S.

Unknown if subjects are still on foot, in a vehicle and unknown any clothing description.

 

Subject #1 – Rondell H. Reed, W/M, DOB: 10/25/1959 (booking photo shows subject with brown hair though hair is now gray).

 

SUBJECT HAS A HISTORY OF SHOOTING AT

LAW ENFORCEMENT.

 

Subject #2 – Leviticus Uriah Taylor, B/M, DOB: 02/13/1986 (booking photo shows subject with long hair, but since photo was taken hair has be cut to a close crop haircut).

 

BOTH SUBJECTS ARE AWAITING TRIAL FOR FIRST DEGREE MUDER CHARGES AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED DANGEROUS.

 

Anyone with information reference to these subjects may call either 772 569-6700 or you may receive up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of these subjects, by contacting Crime Stoppers @ 1-800-273-TIPS (8477).

 

A 10:00 AM PRESS CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD IN FRONT OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CORRECTIONS FACILITY, LOCATED AT 4055 41ST AVENUE.
