I.T. maintains a wide variety of technology.

The basic responsibilities of this unit include; installation, maintenance and upgrades of all hardware, software and network systems utilized by the Sheriff's Office.

 

The section is responsible for the Sheriff's Office operation of application servers, dispatch stations, computer workstations, laptop computers, laser printers/copiers, network infrastructure switches, installation and maintenance of both copper and fiber optic connections for workstation operations.

 

Additionally, this section is responsible for connectivity, installation and maintenance for all Sheriff's Office off campus operations that include: Hangar Operations, M.A.C.E., Mall, Outlet Mall and School Resource Offices.

 

This section works a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00am – 8:00pm with an on call status of twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
